Enforcement of Judgements

When a County Court Judgement has been issued it can cause a great amount of difficulty for the debtor with regard to obtaining credit in the future.

It does not however, guarantee that a debtor will feel pressured enough into paying off their debts immediately and in these instances a default judgement will be enforced through one of a number of enforcing judgements.

Our team of experienced debt collectors can assist you in claiming an enforcement of judgement from your debtor:

• For judgement debts of a value less than £600 – Instruction of County Court Bailiff
• For judgement debts of a value over £600 – Instruction of High Court Enforcement Officer
• Charging Order applications
• Attachment of earnings applications

Whichever enforcement of judgement is followed the fees and costs are recoverable from the debtor. We do not pass on any of the costs to our clients, in the majority of cases, and supply you with 100% of the recovered debt.
